1. Introduction

• 5.2You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 33bmn accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• 5.3All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits, and withdrawals — is deemed your own. You bear full responsibility for all actions taken on your account.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 33bmn platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern how funds are deposited and withdrawn.

• 6.1The minimum deposit is ৳100. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit methods are subject to the payment provider's own terms, limits, and processing times.
• 6.2Deposits are credited to your 33bmn balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 33bmn is not liable for delays attributable to payment provider processing times or mobile network issues.
• 6.3Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method previously used to deposit on your account. 33bmn does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts not registered in your name.
• 6.4Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes. In exceptional circumstances — including identity verification requirements or suspected fraudulent activity — processing may take up to 72 hours.
• 6.533bmn does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported BDT payment methods. Any fee charged by the payment provider is the player's own responsibility.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

33bmn offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any additional terms communicated at the time an offer is made.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33bmn platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• 9.1Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other, for any purpose including circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• 9.2Using software, bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or interaction with the 33bmn platform.
• 9.3Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from or connected to any unlawful activity including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• 9.4Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 33bmn platform or in any third-party game to obtain winnings or credits that would not otherwise have been awarded.
• 9.5Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

33bmn may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account under the circumstances below. These actions may be taken with or without prior notice at 33bmn's sole discretion.

• 10.1Where 33bmn has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of any clause in these Terms — including prohibited conduct, eligibility violations, or fraudulent activity — the account will be suspended pending investigation. All withdrawals will be placed on hold during suspension.
• 10.2Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach, 33bmn reserves the right to retain any balance in the account — including real-money deposits and bonus balances — to offset losses or damages caused by the breach.
• 10.3You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 33bmn support via live chat. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, self-exclusion will be processed immediately and no further marketing communications will be sent.
